Why do all news outlets refuse to recognize inflation when claiming 'all time high' gas prices? The highest was in 2008 at $4.11/gal, which would be $5.35/gal today after adjusted for inflation. Until gas hits a national average of $5.36/gal, then we have not hit an all-time high.
I was told that the adults are back in charge. But All I’ve seen so far from this administration is severe incompetence.

Stop whinig about gas prices people! You have 3 choices! Give up your taken for granted cars where you even HAVE a gas tank to gripe about which you take for granted, WALK for once in your lives, or use cabs, buses or Uber! You'll do none of those alternatives. Stop complaining! I had to givr up my car 12 years ago because I had NO money! But when I did drive for 22 years I always kept a $20 bilk. Obviously prices are more than I had to pay. Do you realise all our food & goods gets to market by Diesel power?? Diesel fuel post election Skyrocketed higher than gasoline. Be it cargo ship,, Train,,or trucking our goods move by diesel power. That said the personal automotive consumption of fossil fuel is a tiny % of the equation.
I feel like people should go try a different gas station if the prices are to high at the gas station they were at already at and try to go find another gas station with lower prices.
