That is the reason for the word Czar, in Russian. It means, Caesar.

Finland and Sweden requesting to join NATO is a GRAVE mistake! decisions made by young leaders based on emotions are often misinformed and irrational. I really hope they come to their senses. NATO ISN’T what they think they are.
Turkey is not opposed to Sweden and Finland's NATO entry but seeks talks on the national security issue. Turkey supports Ukraine and Georgia in joining NATO. Turkey supplied drones and other weapons to Ukraine and also supplied humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Turkey closed the straits and its air space to Russian military ships and airplanes.
