More blacks are killed per week in Chicago this year than the recent case in Buffalo. Is it only national news coverage when the perpetrator is white? Why not focus the impact on saving lives than making a narrative? Isn’t Asian hate crime even worse, with another one in Dallas just this past week, where three Korean women were shot? Is it because the perpetrator was black and therefore there was scant national coverage?
