If Russia is blocking Ukraine cargo ship from going out, I am curious if Russia can block cargo ship that does not belong to Ukraine from going in? I wish EU or country under Nato example Turkey can sent Cargo Ship (not war ship) to blacksea collect the grain due to purchase from Ukraine.
I hope Russia cannot attack the ship because blacksea does not belong to Russia and the cargo ship belongs to Turkey (not ukraine) and they sent ship to purchase cargo (not sending war ship to fight). Not sure if it is feasible. Not sure if there is any international law to protect this ship that doesnt belong to Ukraine so that grain can go out to feed the world.

🙎Time for a reality check: Ukraine has 0% chances of winning this war. Russia defeated and overthrew several major empires such as; Egypt, Persia, and India. Russia repealed the suicide Japanese, it was Russia who defeated the French Napoleon Bonaparte, it was Russia who defeated the German Nazi Adolf HITLER, and Russia will defeat the USA, NATO Nazi Joe Biden, I say “Ukrainians are hitting with their face the tip of the sword”🧔
Russia has already won this war. Lloyd Austin general Miley and The joint Chiefs of staff had the CSIS and Rand corporation strategic think tanks in 2012 devise a plan to try and weaken Russia. They came up with creating a coup in Ukraine, and arming the Neo-Nazi radicals of Western Ukraine. They thought if they funded them and armed them to the teeth as well as train them to NATO standards and having them conduct continuous attacks on the separatist East, they could bait Russia into invading and that combined with pre-planned economic sanctions to remove Russia from the Swift banking system, would be the catalyst to breaking and eventually balkanizing Russia. They thought that Russia would just fall apart by various means whether by power struggle within the Kremlin a massive public uprising or resentful oligarchs within the political structure having their assets Frozen would topple Putin, and none of this happened to the extent of bringing their plans to fruition. They failed to take into account the strength and unity of the Russian people. They thought by having their NGO's operating under the surface sowing division between the younger and older generation of Russians combined with all these things somehow Russia would fragment. Now they're learning their failure. The opposite has happened Russia's economy is incredibly resilient, because of very wise planning after the first line of severe US sanctions in 2014 to there dismay the ruble ended up being the best performing currency of 2022. Putin didn't succumb to a coup or popular uprising instead his popularity has soared to around 85%. Russia has now destroyed 90% of Ukraine's military infrastructure. Ukraine's troops are surrendering more and more on mass as Russia passes through the Donbass with greater speed creating a land bridge from the mainland to the Black Sea. Washington's tried to revise its plan at the last minute seeing only failure thinking that if they continue to fund an arm Ukraine that they'll create a Vietnam or Afghanistan type of situation for Russia but this whimsical thinking it speaks of desperation as Europe will lose stomach for it, as it's money military stocks suffer serious depletion and not wanting Neo-Nazi radicals spreading their ideology within their borders, and Russia will again prevail over the west's continued attempts to break her. Also Finland and Sweden joining NATO is more symbolic than substantive ans all the Pentagon and CIA influenced media propaganda cannot change any of this. Russia is much stronger than they gave her credit for, and will only become stronger still after she learns to build from her own independence and vast wealth of natural resources, apart from the Western vassals of America.
It is beginning to look better for Russians unfortunately despite everything that is making Ukraine look better.. Pray for Ukraine.

Concerning the stolen grain, the US and other countries could intercept those cargo ships in international waters. A dozen Ukrainian soldiers and a ship captain can disembark from a helicopter that lands on the cargo ship. Once the grain is liberated, it can be taken to where it's needed.
If it’s a Russian cargo ship that is used, it should be sunk after delivery of the grain. We'll see if the Russians keep trying to steal Ukraine's grain.

NATO spent the last 8 years shelling the local Russians in Donbass. Also building fortresses, to consolidate control. But once all those fortresses are destroyed there is not much to stop the Russians from reaching the river
