I believe Bjorn Lomborg also pointed out that carbon dioxide emissions, a natural and necessary part of photosynthesis, has resulted in a very substantial net increase in green space around the world meaning that flora is increasing due to the presence of CO2 which then means an increasing production rate of oxygen into our atmosphere which benefits air breathing creatures. I also recall climate scientists making claims that water vapor held in the air was a greater contributor to "global warming" than CO2. I would also offer that our world has gone through several ice ages during the last half billion years and I for one would rather deal with a few hot days in August then decades, centuries, or millennia huddling near the equator while continents are encroached upon by mile deep glaciers.
