There is no safe place in USA when gun control is not in place, when semi automatic weapons are sold to the public
The narrators in these clips about the horrific massacre of children all sound like complete sociopaths. Stop doing the "news" voice when 19 Children have been slaughtered. Emotion is not just warranted but demanded.
Even Brazil and Mexico are safer than the US

The following are four mass shootings that do not involve relatives.
Monash University shootings 2002
Hectorville siege 2011
Wedderburn shootings 2014 (VIctoria)
Darwin shooting 2019 (northern territory)
The next three are "shootings" that are familicides
Hunt family murdrer suicide 2014 (NSW)
Osmington (WA) shooting 2018
Oakhampton Heights shooting 2005 (NSW)
These are all three or four victims with firearms ,However , as many again are massacres but the death victims number between 5 and 7 dead thereabout done by knives and blunt instruments and for most familicides.
Just a note here on massacres and victim count and firearms ban effectiveness.

The second and fourth highest victim death count were both done by Australians.
The second largest death count was done in 2019 long after firearms ban and with AR style rifles, and the shooter was Australian Queensland licensed.
Firearms ban did not succeed, but by subtlety more from the actual timeline of Australia with murder by firearms, if anything, firearms murder in Australia has increased in the more than 100 years of records BUT the main point is that 1/3 of murder in Australia over that 100 years has always been method "hands fists feet" along with near a third "knives" and a portion "blunt instrument" , in over 100 years, statistically firearms each year and inclusive Port Arthur year the statistic is actually NEGLIGEABLE numbers by firearms to specifically target to treat as problem , too with suicide per year all that time.
What Prime Minister John Howard did and announced to Australia and the world in 1996 (with a bullet proof vest on) is probably one of the hugest political frauds ever committed as a swindle in history!
Firearms murder have never reached 20 percent of the method of murder except one or two particular years in over 100 years of records.
Why did they ever think they would be safer in a state that allows 18 year olds to own assault weapons?
