It is always about focusing on blame, not solutions.
Unsanitary conditions? Lovely.
This is #1. because of a lack of education and #2. greed. Only special needs children need formula. The vast majority of children don't need it at all. The commercial industries are inventing unnecessary things to make more money. For the most part formula is just a commercial venture like all the other things they try to convince people that they need. Like disposable diapers. Like umpteen chemicals to poison their homes with. Like ever "advancing" technologies. The people are duped and they'll never admit it. They'll just have panic attacks over nothing.
