Defamation has always acted as a limit on both the freedom of speech as well as the freedom of the press. There is no such thing as a false opinion or idea – however, there can be a false fact, and these are not protected under the First Amendment.

She admitted on the stand that she wrote the op-Ed about JD and was calling attention to his “power” because he’s a “very powerful man.” I mean…. Did you people not hear HER saying it during rebuttal? Are you even watching? She said it TWICE. LOL I read an NBC article from a couple weeks ago where the attorney in this segment talks about what Heard’s team needs to say during their closing arguments. What this Ceballos guy says in that article is literally word for word what Rotten Born ended up saying during his closing argument. LOL Either those two are really good friends or Rottenborn read the article and just copy and pasted. LOL Bottom line, she wrote the op-Ed about Depp, and only a complete moron or a biased juror would not believe that it’s not about him. The gaslighting by the defendant and most of the media, has been on another level. It seems the reality is that many people, including most in media, don’t want to accept the fact that a white girl with blonde hair and blue could be capable of such violent, disgusting behavior. It’s disappointing to see Ceballos do mental gymnastics trying to defend the indefensible. Disgusting.
