  1. Not every black person is bad, just like not all cops are bad. Be this is to much.
    Discrimination😔

  2. I'm sorry chase gave a generic statement to cover their butt

  3. This is a crazy but long known part of the systematic racism that is the USA.
I have never had that problem here in Europe, racism in the USA is extreme, the world can see this, can see how hollow the words "this is not America" are, and know that this is the USA, a problem that has to change if the country is to move forward, to advance.

  4. We the people find Chase Bank not guilty.

  5. If I was her when I get the money. I will go back to Chase bank and say I would like to cash a check. Might as well go for check number 2.

  6. Or just bank at black banks.. lets get that going

  7. The banks only like the colour of you're money ,not you're skin colour ? If you're a black person you'll always have trouble cashing checks at any bank in America .

  8. US Bank Citibank Chase 🤔 cancel 😃✔️

  9. So Chase bank is saying the doctor is lying?

  10. I would like to offer an alternative.
I had a local bank refuse to cash a SSI check for something way less than hers. I think sometimes the banks just like to mess with people's lives rather than actual racial bias. I'm a white guy.

  11. The sad part is JP Morgan was a racist.
And till this day this practice still continues.

  12. Coungradulations on your accomplishments. I'm glad you are suing Chase. These companies need to take their training procedures seriously. This behavior should not be happening this day and age.

  13. They yes They need to stop it They know who They are

  14. This needs to keep getting exposed.

  15. Chase is known for racial discrimination. They blackball black people all the time. Once they blackball you, you can't even open a checking account or get credit cards.

  16. How disappointing. A young woman making great strides in her life to be treated in this manner is disgraceful. JP Morgan Chase talks a big game but apparently doesn't back it up. "While we fell short … ." That's a colossal understatement.

  17. I avoid Chase at all costs. No credit cards, no atm usage, and certainly no banking or investment accounts. In this world it is nearly impossible to have 100% of your employees behave without bias 100% of the time. Their response as a company in this case is unacceptable. They should take responsibility, train their employees, pay a settlement, and issue a proper apology to this woman.

  18. we should go to the bank 5 times a week.

  19. Yea wells fargo is the same…

  20. I think there are actually two issues here, which are closely related, but separate. The inherent suspicion of black/brown people, and the inherent belief that they are somehow not American citizens. I say that because if the bank was simply suspicious, they would have opened an account and told her that she had to take extra steps to prove that the check was real and that the issuing party actually meant to send it – maybe even refusing to cash/deposit the check until the issuing bank gave them a call. It would have been clearly racist to hold her to different standards than a white customer, but at least at that point they would be acknowledging that there is some possibility that she validly belongs in society with everyone else, and they wouldn't even do that. So disgusting.

  21. It is no secret that black people play the race card every time they do not get what they want, I find it difficult to believe that ONLY black people are denied service or [in this case] offered an alternative deposit solution which was not accepted. A lot of black families are rich today because they know that they will win by pulling the race card. 1:37
