I have hearing this for so long now. News anchor has been saying "Another". This says all.
MASSACRE PREVENTION
The United States is the only country where mass murder occurs so frequently. One of the explanations is that weapons are given without any control: they give them away if you open a bank account, they sell them in supermarkets, etc. In other countries, they have an some requirements, in order to be able to carry weapons:
1. You can NOT have machine guns or assault rifles, except for qualified personnel.
2. Review of the criminal record.
3. Traceability of the previous owners of the weapon.
4. Weapons education.
5. Receive prior training in the use of weapons.
6. Pass a general aptitude test.
7. Have a certificate of physical and mental health.
8. A justification letter for the use of a weapon, for what the weapon is needed.
9. The permit has a waiting period of 15 days to one month.
10. The weapon cannot be modified.
Perhaps if the United States adopted some of these measures, the number of suicides, homicides, and mass murders would be reduced. Regulating does not mean that they are going to take away the right to bear arms, which also cannot be done because it is in the Constitution, but it does guarantee that those who carry it will be more aware of their responsibility.

It seems that the more US provide weapons for Ukraine, more and more cases of mass shooting in the US occur. Could this be considered as the response of the universe?
If no one attacks America, it will be the Americans who will attack each other. This is because the Us have take out the weapons to cause wars everywhere. Russia hit Ukraine just because the US instigated Ukraine against Russia.
We're going to see a lot of mass shootings in the US if its government keeps triggering wars around the world.
