This was a pre planned massacre by the ones that did nothing to save all those children and teachers. So why is the one responsible not charged for this massacre. No accountability from the police department but part of the blaming game to direct blame to others.
they were lead by a complete failure. that police chief failed those poor souls and I feel he should face more than termination. He should be made to compensate those families for his failures.

They had a drill 2 months ago and went over direct orders on what to specifically do in case of. So they forgot their training of just 2 months ago. That's recent in my eyes.
What boils my blood and brings me to tears is the template "motto" they are so proud of. Whoever can't put the lives of children first should consider doing something else or something to that effect.
Those words are going to cone back to haunt them and rightfully so.

The grandmother didn't die even though she was shot SO why did they assumed ALL kids had been shot AND ALSO immediately dead? just because they heard him shooting? What about the possibility of INJURED children??? needing immediate hospital care for survival but ONE HOUR surely takes away that opportunity for anyone and enough time to bleed out? ONE HOUR is unacceptable any way one looks at it and extremely cruel!!! Letting victims, the injured, those alive waiting for an HOUR in terror while he even had time to make jokes on them and laugh. One kid said he told the teacher goodnight and shot her then said to them now its time to play with you
How could the police do that to them!!! Police officers with guns many of them against one, with Windows, a sniper? A brave one to go in first and distract with 18 more as backup?? No? Not one??!!! Wearing vests and carrying firearms, 19+ of them, NOT possible for an entire hour???!!! While hearing gunshots in between not an active shooter??? Police officers standing right outside that classroom door!!

I'm from Carrizo Springs, about 50 miles south of Uvalde. At first, I had thought it was another white-man mass shooting, but then, I thought, that's in a rural part of Texas, so I had to find the name and photo of the killer, which makes sense. Natives, whether Hispanic or Traditional, are starting to rise up, and that shooting may have opened up the front of this war, given that a lot of the kids targeted were those of Border Patrol parents. However, the young man jumped the gun very badly and should have worked with other Natives to begin pushing for reclamation of the Americas. I hate to tell you this, but the Hopis speak of this through their prophecy of the end of the White Man in the Americas. Maybe not extinction, but certainly removal from power, decision-making, money, and influence. Certainly that. I fled America 4 years ago because I saw the writing on the wall. It was over for me, personally. The only way I would survive is by being homeless to maintain my ability to have sufficient food. I'll give up my house before I give up food. I would also have to ask Natives I see, "HIF am I supposed to live, since the land I'm standing on isn't mine to start with??" What starts on the wrong foot ends on the wrong foot. I leave it to you to find out in a few lifetimes what I mean by this.

If there were psychological evaluations conducted by genuine people who know who should really own guns it would really help. Also gun band won't work for criminals, drug dealers that haul guns, and areas where it is poverty-stricken and people have illegal arms. Criminals will always get guns no matter what. Protect the kids at school. If the teachers that pass yearly psychological evaluations were carry n conceal the shooter would have dropped.

I’m all for raising the age to 21 but giving the cops the ability to just deem someone a threat and take their weapons is a no go. Sure in theory it’s sounds great but in reality it would lead to cops just taking guns from people for any reason they wanted. This has been the goal of these anti gun people from the start, pass that law and you simply getting into a fist fight could end up with the cops striping you of your god given rights.

Why did it take so long to lockdown the school??? We were told he was shooting at classrooms from outside. There was enough time to get on the intercom, and for every teacher to lock and barricade their room before he got in the building.
