It's kind of ironic that Hunter Biden broke the gun laws. Why is he not in prison?
If you truly want change in this country, then hold your elected officials accountable. All elected positions can be impeached and the person holding office can be removed from duty permanently. The standard all elected officials must be measured by is their adherence to, knowledge of, and desire to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, not how well they represent the ideals of a specific party or group.
FACT: The current presidency, as of this post, has publicly and officially announced they do not care about hardening our children's schools to protect our children from future violent crimes.
FACT: Joseph R. Biden, or any individual who holds the office of the President of the United States, does not possess any authority to mandate anything for the American public. No part of the Constitution gives him, or any person holding the office of the President of the United States, that authority. In fact, it prohibits tyrannical mandates, such as those enacted in the last year and a half of his presidency.
FACT: The President of the United States of America is a civil servant, and is held to the same strict code of ethics as all federal employees. Yet, they're treated more like a king, celebrity, or ruler and are never investigated by the office of the Inspector General (IG) as anyone else would be who has conducted the same level of fraud, waste, or abuse of office or position as the current president has and are never punished for such actions.
FACT: Recent presidents in the last 80 years, and including the current one, act as if they're above law, ethics, or morals. The President of the United States answers to us, The People of the United States of America, wherein we hold all the power as given in the Constitution of the United States of America.
FACT: The President of the United States of America does not have the authority to create laws.
FACT: Mandates are not laws and do not need to be followed or adhered to by, us, The People of the United States of America.
FACT: Red Flag Law is unconstitutional, and has nothing to do with suicide prevention or violent crime prevention, it has everything to do with removing your right to protect yourself from the government, law enforcement agencies, or common street criminals, and instituting further division and mistrust among the American people.
FACT: Red Flag Law is a direct violation of the first, second, fourth, fifth, ninth, and fourteenth – section 1; amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America.
FACT: You are 4x more likely to be the victim of knife violence than gun violence in the United States.
FACT: You are more likely to be beaten by hands, feet, or objects, than you are to be the victim of gun violence.
FACT: Courageous law abiding men and women welding privately owned firearms are generally faster, and more willing, to respond to and eliminate sources of violent crime than police officers.
FACT: Areas of the country which respect the Second Amendment and employ "Conditional Carry" laws, "Stand Your Ground" laws, and "Castle Doctrine" laws have lower crime rates than other parts of the country.
FACT: For every criminal gun violation there are an equal number of gun crimes that have been stopped by law abiding citizens wielding a firearm, not by police officers. Example: 29 May, 2022, A North Carolina law abiding woman wielding her personal firearm stopped a mass shooter wielding an Armalite style sporting rifle and has been hailed as a hero by the local sheriff's department, and local media sources.
FACT: Suicide by firearm is only prevalent because it's effective. If law abiding citizens don't have firearms, suicide rates would temporarily drop. If one wishes to commit suicide, they will find a way. Those suffering from mental illness, environmental factors, or other ailments which cause them to desire to take their own life don't want to cause themselves, or those around them more pain. They're simply looking for the most effective way out. Please don't read this statement as cold or callused, this is only one small factor in the complexed topic of suicide or suicide prevention. Suicide is tragic and extremely painful for all parties involved. If you, or someone you know is currently battling with self harm or suicidal ideation, please seek immediate medical attention. FACT: Gun control does not work, it never has. Gun control only protects the government from you, they don't care if you're safe or not, or have the ability to protect yourself from firearm welding criminals.
FACT: In areas of the country where it is illegal to own and carry a personal firearm for reasons other than employment, criminals still possess and carry firearms on their person. Hence the term, "criminal".
FACT: The ATF has been the vehicle to push unconstitutional provisions upon the law abiding American public for decades.
FACT: The ATF is responsible for the failure of the war on drugs. They cannot keep illegal drugs and deadly substances off our streets. – What makes anyone think they'll be able to remove illegally owned firearms from criminal hands, they haven't done that so far. Why will the future be different?
FACT: The ATF and the FBI are responsible for the tragic slaughter of innocent women and children at the incidences in Waco, TX, and near Naples, ID AKA Ruby Ridge. Two small examples of government over-reach which are glossed over, or never mentioned, in history classes around the nation today.
The ATF is unconstitutional, and has proven to be a gross misuse of taxpayer dollars and must be defunded.
Local law enforcement groups need better training, and courage to have a willingness to lean on the public for support in elimination of such threats as the shooters and knifers in recent decades. A threat such as these is everyone's problem, not just the local police departments.
Guns are not the problem, criminals, failed law enforcement policies, and the politicians who enable the aforementioned groups, are the problem.

The teacher that left the door proped open and the teachers that made a fatal mistake of not running toward their classroom doors to lock and secure are more responsible for the immediate death of the kids. The 19 cops that showed up and stood there are more responsible for not saving kids that were potentially bleeding out or the deaths that occured once the gunmen was inside and contained.
It's not popular to blame a dead teachers but think about it. If you hear gunshots outside a school your first reaction as a teacher should be to rush to your doors and lock them. Her response was too late and it allowed the gun men inside and cause death. Yes everyone wants to blame the cops who didn't run into the classroom guns blazing and get into a wild wild west shoot out. But had those teachers not hesitate to secure those doors their odds of survival would have increased ten fold. If the gunman locked those doors it shouldn't have taken police no more than 10 to 12 minutes to get a team, breaching tools, or the key to enter the classroom and kill the gunman. Nobody would be blaming them if they would have taken that route. Now Uvalde PD has tarnished its reputation and good luck trying to get that jacket of cowardice off their department.
