um.. dont know what all the celebration is about.. just because you got off the streets doesnt mean the virus has been diminished in any way. As the virus looms within the people. you very well may have reduced the spread, and hopefully its gestation period does see to the virus dying off. but if people were simply confined among many other people, it would simply make its rounds in that given situation of tightly nit people.
