As a mother of a 2 year old little boy, my heart breaks for all those parents who lost their precious child. There is absolutely no greater pain for a parent to a child. The sad thing is that if given the chance, I assure you rach of those parents would have ran in that school to rescue their child.
If the mom thinks she knows the reason- what prevented her from having him put in treatment?

Those officers should of enter the room faster than they did they had a center fed door connecting both rooms that would have gave the officers the Vantage to clear the room they should have cleared one room and then held guns on the center fed door but they didn't either

Just throwing this out there- what is the relationship between the teacher who left the door ‘open’ and the shooter. Why have they retained an atty? Who helped the shooter go and get the gun and ammo? He did not know how to drive. He knew his grandfather could not have weapons on his property because he was a felon- why did he proceed to procure them? Why does it only take a day to purchase a killing machine designed for war? Did he order the bullets through Amazon? Should we have background checks to procure bullets/ ammo? Should Amazon/ ammo seller alert the authorities when one person buys so much ammo – can we regulate the amount of ammo purchased in a transaction/ hour/day/ week/ month time frame like the pesticide used to blow up the Fred P Murray building in OKC? How much did his Grandfather really know? How much did his mother & grandmother know? Did his friends help him buy the ammo? Why didn’t someone in hs assign him counseling why didn’t they reach out to the mom & grandmother he needed help? Why didn’t his mother, grandmother, grandfather realize he needed more help and send him to a treatment center? Why is mental illness so stigmatized that we can’t reach out for help and it’s so expensive? Sogh

Sure… he showed up with no radio. It took them a week to come up with that excuse, to coverup his terrible, tragic decision that got children and teachers killed. As a 32 year, retired law enforcement veteran, it is a slap in the face to expect folks to believe that a police chief showed up to an active shooter scene, without a police radio. Did he have his firearm ? They have been doing damage control for a week, awaiting the inevitable massive class action lawsuit coming their way. The only reason that they have not fired this chief and allowed him to get sworn in to the city councilman position, is because if they fired him it would admit wrong doing and they would get their butts handed to them in the upcoming civil lawsuit. So, they are going to blame the poor decision because the chief arrives at active shooter scene without a radio and did not know what was going on ? Pitiful and insulting.
