More government corruption. Clear to see how the wealthy and politically connected protected their friends and allow them to profit while most hard working Americans suffered.
This whole PPP loan was very well designed to benefit the selected industry don’t need it. Now we all have to suffer inflation because of government reckless free money giveaways.
Taking million dollar handouts from the government, raising rents over 600% and all while real estate values inflated.

The question is…. Who is going to look through all these loans and make sure all loans are paid back for those who misused the program?

Giving away taxpayers money to 'certain' segments of society seems to be the US gov's strongpoint. The system is beyond corrupt.
I encourage many to sell their homes without a realtor. It does require some basic research but in the end you save thousands of dollars. Realtors don't really do a lot of work per house and its not worth the inflated 6 percent that is charged.

I consider realtors and attorneys some of the lowest forms of life on the planet. Property flippers too. I heard a rumor that realtors may be become defunct. It wouldn't break my heart one little bit.

I made zero money on my rental agreements and I asked for the PPP and I was denied. I did not remove the families during the two years. I guess we struggled together.
