I agree with another comment on here that parents really need to talk to their children about not coming into peer pressure
The video itself shows that it was hazing if people think otherwise then they’re ignorant

Joining a fraternity is definitely not worth this, kids use your best judgment and you know when something is not right so don’t do it

He did this to fit in with the sorority. God forbid if he would have been a leader and not a follower, he might of said no. He’s a vegetable now; I hope it was worth it.

When I was a teen I would somehow know my limit when I would close my eyes and feel dizzy. Now that I'm an adult, it's honestly harder to tell how drunk I am and I can down 4x what I could when I was a kid. I understand how these people can die now.

Outrageous. Danny was an adult attending College. He'll be fine and dandy after he sobers up. If he were studying instead of drinking, this wouldn't have happened.
This makes me vomit!! As the Mom of a 19 year old in a frat in North NJ – my heart is broken for this poor young man & his family. Honestly, I could barley read this because I am so disheartened for this young man who is now disabled so badly !!!! For the love of God, young people RUN FAST & FAR AWAY if any people force you to do anything like this!!~~~ I would be suing anyone & everyone if it was my kid !!!!!!

Sue the fraternity members, their families and the university plus police need to bring charges against any and all fraternity members.
They should banned every fraternity.

I had a similar situation—almost died of alcohol poisoning as a teen. The bottle was passed around and for every drink they had I had one. Except I was a 115 pound recovering anorexic with zero tolerance trying to keep up with older kids. I made it to the bathroom at the bowling alley but couldn’t get up. I woke up being put on a stretcher and really besides sleeping here and there, I remember all of it. Bac was .41. I just remember feeling like my heart was going to stop beating.
It was nobodies fault but mine. I would’ve been horrified had I not recovered and my friends were punished. They were not my caretakers and equally young and stupid. It was on me to refuse to drink. I went on to abuse alcohol periodically In the wake of abuse and trauma and eventually just decided enough…this is poison in my life. If you’re allowed to say no and to leave..it’s not force…as sad as this is…alcohol is truly evil stuff.
This is honestly heartbreaking of what Danny went through. Hazing is getting out of control and this never should've happen to him or anybody.
