  1. going to jail for the possibility that you may have committed a crime should not be a possible death sentence! clean up the prison system, please.

  2. 17 days for a crime you didn't commit. Just imagine the Black men that get kidnapped for 30 or 40 years for things they didn't do.

  3. Well, he looked great in that booking photo, for what that's worth.

  4. Pay him. Administrative error by American or the persons requested warrant. Pay him

  5. You people know the system Is messed up. How do you people think cops get paid by us citizens, cops don't care if they do the right job or the wrong job as long as they get paid we all know that.

  6. 🤣 Damm American airlines we have a problem. Next time flight southwest airlines.

  7. Yeah, jail is nightmarish and the people who make it so justify it as being punitive. But jail is a temporary holding place and many people who are ultimately freed suffer the same indignity and abuse as their presumably guilty counterparts. Jail is the mechanism by which we impose a loss of freedom on criminals. But the loss of freedom in many cases is the least of the punishment they’ll endure from bad, infrequent, insufficient food, to any form of sufficient engagement of the body or mind to remain healthy. It’s not uncommon for inmates to be subjected to 23 out of 24 hours a day in a 6×8 cell with nothing to do. It’s worse than caging animals. And we wonder why the rate of recidivism is so high in the US. Treat people like animals and they will act like animals.

  8. ill do 17 days for all the money hes about to get

  9. Welcome to the law enforcment protecting and serving

  10. Black people get this treatment all the time…

  11. This is like being in a Mr Beast challenge without the cameras and the money at the end.

  12. Our state of affairs are only going to get worse as long as people keep voting for the blue and red dictatorship.

  13. How’s that the airlines fault tho? lol they just gave information that the investigators asked for. Sue the police.

  14. In a country with too many frivolous lawsuits, this one needs to be recognized as appropriate. His treatment was inexcusable.

  15. This needs a feature film!

  16. How do you get a lawyer to pick up the case im trying to get a lawyer to take on door dash for not paying me and nobody will take it cause door dash is too big

  17. They will settle and he'll make some sizable bank.

  18. Where would we be if we released every person that proclaimed there insolence without and investigation. We would be Detroit, LA, Chicago, Houston and Washington DC.

  19. It’s a blessing in disguise. You’re a millionaire now

  20. Sue the f out of them!!!

  21. This is when we need to take a step back and look at consequences. If the consequences of AA and the arresting officials is nothing then it does not give them an incentive to improve. We need consequences with some teeth. Such as mandatory minimums with no maximum on restitution paid to the innocent by the offending agency, expunged records of all items related to the incident (arrests, warrants, pending warrants, court rulings…), refund of any fees or fines accumulated while in custody (many times you have to pay room and board in jail) plus any additional for emotional damages caused while in custody (COs typically will not presume you innocent, they treat you like any other person in their custody). Sanctions on the DA and involved parties for not doing a thorough investigation, (fail to many times and you lose your job).

  22. Drones and data that you twist to slander me.you are done analysis.

  23. Sue the heck out of them

  24. American Airlines is now a worse airline to fly on than Spirit or United… in my opinion ✈

  25. This is terrifying!

  26. Harrison Ford got arrested?

  27. If you are considering visiting the USA from Europe, be aware that compared to Europe the USA is a like police state. They have heavily armed militarized police everywhere and if they stop you for speeding and you act worried you could end up dead. They shoot dead over 1200 civilians every single year. It is very frightening and you have to be careful where you go and at what times as the crime and violence are out of control in many places. Even in nice beach resorts. The police treat everyone like a criminal.

  28. Very poor investigation by the cops and a complete incompetent airlines.

  29. It is not the airlines problem. the cops should have looked at him and compared him to the suspects image on video.
He should be suing the cops, not the airline. This is a botched police investigation.
Of course why was he arrested at the 4th of July party, he was arrested for two things, his crime at the party and that of the airport theft. so what did he do on july 4th that got the police involved?
two time looser who wants airline passengers to pay for the police screw up.

  30. It going to be one of those blaming game. Americans airlines going to blame the polices that is their job to get it right, the police department says it’s Americans airlines provided them with the information. I had a case like this once. Me and my lawyer said we we are not interested in your stupid blaming game, you two figure this out or we are taking you both to court. At the end of the day we got what we wanted it. One guy paid 70 percent and the other guy paid 30 percent

  31. Based on the house this guy is living in he obviously has some money. Why didn’t he just hire an attorney immediately? As for the small town cops who messed this up, it’s pretty common. When you’re in this kind of situation you just have to tell them you’ve got the wrong person and I’m going to get an attorney and sue the crap out of your department. Fix it!

  32. So unreal. Stupid system.

  33. Why didn’t he get out on bond?

  34. The police are pretty much useless these days

  35. How you going to be a victim.. you know you had a warrant.. did you do the crime and if so ..

  36. I love white people they fight the systems
