This country needs to stop catering and enabling the black community and their bs way of thinking.
The man wasn't complying. He tried to evade the officer. The officer tried to stop him. he began to fight the officer. the officer tried to use his taser and the man fought the cop for his taser. the man then was grappling with the officer, who was alone. it clearly shows that officer is about to be overpowered. he knows that he can't get the man in control, he fears for his life, and he shoots him. This man had a history of stealing two other cars. People are questioning the use of force and acting like the cop had an out. Should he of allowed the man to just run away after he assaulted him? He was within arm's reach after the man started to walk away, and made a basic effort to tell him to stop and was immediately assaulted.
When you see the video of his action you know he did not value another’s life

When an officer asks to see your license you don't have to hand it to him you have to "display " it to him. That's the law. What difference is it if he ran or backed away.
