Uvaldenpolice chief is incompetent and he was scare to face the school shooter. All police had to do was shoot him in the head. They were wearing bullet proof vest. There was no reason to wait. So many kids could have been saved. They were only 9and 10 years old the assault rifle bullets are very big. Those bullets riped the kids apart and they were not recognizable.
