So what this spin doctor is suggesting is that the VP who had no authority and Milley who had no authority moved troops to an area after it was "breached" while security held doors open and that the same people you were so concern about include the ones that refused the additional security beforehand.
An insurrection with that large a crowd would have caused Congress to have to meet elsewhere for quite a while. So basically you had some overly enthusiastic people being goaded by federal agents dispersed amongst the crowd. The entire thing is another BS situation that redefines Bad Actor in multiple ways.
