This is great but I want to know why we aren't seeing trials for the people that rioted for years, looted anything not nailed down, destroyed federal buildings, killed people, and cost taxpayers billions. Seems like its a double standard, democrats can riot outside a politicians rallies, democrat leaders can call for people to confront people with opposing views, and they can openly say they are rioting and will continue to do so until the president is removed nothing happens, but if republicans commit a far less violent and destructive riot then everyone goes to jail, trials are a big deal etc.
The GOP who are running for office is saying the insurrection is old news. What a joke that is. What is more basic than having a country based on the rule of law. And to think we should forget that police officers were killed and wounded and have PTSD because of the coup is unworthy of a responsible citizen. To think it could have worse, and Senators and Congressmen could have been killed and Mike Pence could be killed, how can you say that is old news. We have yet to resolve it. Anyone who says these mistruths cannot be allowed to take the oath of office because they will not follow it.
I certainly hope so because crazy and crazier people are running for office. This cancer may take down our Republic. I am so sad that they allowed lies to be affecting Americans over many months. It agitated them, and to get this country back to any sense of real reality is going to be a miracle. The GOP who stayed silent when all these lies continued and still continues now before the primaries is disturbing. We need to believe in the rule of law and the truth. Our Republic is based on that. I have not heard the GOP Senate (the majority) yet speak up with the truth. That is a clear sign that our nation is in big trouble. The fact that they won't ban assault weapons is just another tactic to keep the citizens agitated and afraid. The result of that is not only more violence against children, but it is also lessoning the ability for Americans to act rationally. That is the only thing I can believe by seeing the mentally unstable people running for office, and increase of the mentally unstable people in office. Distraction was what Donald Trump did since day one. He had already done crimes before he was first in office, but he used distraction with the help of fox news to not get caught. Watergate was different. No news station was lying. Everyone was treated with respect. That is certainly not true now. This is a real test for whether we are a society who says let it rip, or we will follow the rule of law. I don't want to live here if it continues to be let it rip instead of following the rule of law.

I think he'd be much more impressed if the committee ran more like a real trial we're both sides got to quiz question Witnesses and then let the American people decide. But it one-sided shitshow is just a one-sided shitshow

And anybody who says that Garland is just waiting to make sure he has a 100% guarantee of convicting Trump is playing you for a fool, if that was true then 99% of all crimes would never go to trial! Watching TV instead of gathering evidence.
Why do they have to build a case if they got the evidence doesn’t make sense to waste time and money on a presentation of there findings that spread out over a bunch of days the last two days could of all fit in the day. I believe if there was actually evidence of a crime president trump would of been arrested already and it would of been on all the other news network but fox
Actions speak louder than words, remember Garland recently acquitted Meadows & Scavino, which in my opinion forced the January 6th committee to release their findings to the public! Great move! Because after they did all the work for the DOJ, Garland has no where to hide!

What are they watching! To act like Garland and the DOJ don't have this information already is hilarious!
