  1. Hidden killswitch. Very few have them and even fewer think to look for them.

  2. They must be Latinos. Blacks would just carjack the owner and crash the car while the police chase them.

  3. Here a tip wrapping the fob with a certain wrapping should work. Like those ifid wallets. I'm just guessing worth a try. Also Amazon should sell to authorized dealers only. This is horrible news 😢 hope they get a ak47 blow them low life's if caught

  4. Rapp the keys in two layers of folio paper once you get home. There won't be any signal transmitted.
Car manufacturers need to come up with new lockes for four tires.

  5. If caught these criminals will be released right away with statue next to George Floyd

  6. Law support criminals. I hope government don’t give loan to these criminals to buy this equipment

  18. Bet they were spiqs

  19. This is why we don't need to rely on tech.

  20. Great job teaching more criminals.

  21. Technology!!!!!!! 😽😽😽😽

  22. Stop buying cars from manufacturers that don't do anything to prevent car thief.

  23. That would be stupid to try it with a Tesla because they have cameras all over the place on it

  24. A simple faraday box solves this issue.

  25. You have to change out your factory car alarm.

  26. How does a key fob emit a signal without someone pushing a button on it?

  27. The news is the problem they tell the world about these things and most people don’t even know about this technology but now they do thank you to the news

  28. I’m sure it can be done to garage doors too. Slide your locks on garages just don’t forget to unslide them before leaving home.

  29. Will they make electric vehicle that can't stole I hope so

  30. A safe would also block the signal.

  31. This is the exact reason why I bought a key ignition vehicle and not a push start. Easier is not always better.

  32. And yet it costs hundred of dollars for a programmed keyfob….

  33. Sleep in your car with gun

  34. This became an issue in the UK five years ago.

  35. right, advertise how to get the thing that will let the person start stealing cars. Way to go!

  40. Wearing a hoodie in the middle of the summer….. nothing suspicious about that….
Profiling exists for a reason and 9/10 the profiling is correct

  41. This has been going on for 10+ years. They have already turned to this crime wave 10 years ago they are not all the sudden turning to this bs. Just buy a car with a real key ignition. And why “tweak” the fob for when it’s not moving? It should just turn off when you walk away from the car and turn back on when you press the unlock button.

  42. Save yourself.. Not all the time you are able to remember to put those keys in those boxes… and how likely you will do that while getting out of your car and going to a store… My best advice… buy those steering wheel lock.. Im sure most thieve will pick easy target first… if they see you have the steering wheel lock… they dont even want to steal… because it will take them more time and tools to cut it open.. while using this high tech gives them 60 seconds to get the job done..
