My apartment complex is robbing us too went from 600 to 786 now to1134 in a non reventivated apartment my neighbor lives in a one bedroom paying 1300 neighbors moved out there gonna charge 1600 for that one bedroom adding pest control trash fees we have dumpsters we take our trash in and there making us pay fees for there renters insurance and we pay our renters insurance seperate! I lived here 7 years i know for a fact theres black mold in this apt all of them had tarps roofs caven in leaks when i moved in here i watch them paint over black mold n tell us its not mold there lien… They try n trick u so u dont renew ur lease because ur on social security n if u fall for it u sighn a paper sayn ul leave if u dont fall for there bs and there miscaculaten
they have no choice but to send u ur lease! Some people have trash fees and some people dont!! They use to be free once a year for carpet clean they say only when u first renew ur lease n u have to pay after even when i always did it my self there was a leak and i said by law theres a leak u have to so they did my carpet is 7 years old and been flooded out many times from rain going under neaith walls under the carpets my old cabnits are rotted and falling apart and they said they wont replace till i move they spend all ur money on unessory outside crap.. dont fix the inside and cover up whats really wrong with these apartments.. there racist at the front office this place is taking my whole social security check and my daughter who has down syndrom her check has to go on bills … We have major health issues she has heart problems n i have cancer this place dont care about anyone they dont care they charge what ever no bodys leases are the same n desantis aint fixen this i lived n fl my whole life n now no one can afford to live.. nobodys equal in here they will charge what ever they please for each person eveb if the apartment is not rerentivated as small as mine .. a one bedroom 1600 for a apartment with mold they have not clean the air ducts sence i lived here i ask them to when i was pregnant they wouldnt when u turn ac off u can smell it when its on ur more cloggy u wake up with ur face swellen and coughing they refuse to admit to the real problems but insted apent thousands of dollers on mailboxes that no one is usen.. we are still usen the one by the office theres no parking spaces the lines arnt even straight amd there to wide we have to squeeze 4 cars in three spaces and fight over spots specially of u have kids everyone in here complains and they dont care.. but they spend money on the lawn people 3 times a week n there gardens and all there other ummessory crap they will trick u by pictures u go im to relize theres more issues they cover half the out lits dont work i replace all light bulbs tgrough the apt and they blow one by one withan a week our back sceeen porches are a fire hazard theres no were to get out the back its closed in with no door because a kid drowned and died they had to fence pawns n put screen porches with no doors on them the windows are thin n crap the sceeens dont fit windows..
Democrats should not be allowed to drive , ride , fly and anything that uses any type of fuel . They should all have to ride bicycles every where they need to go . What’s good for us is good for them . They need to lead by example .
