23:30 In that case, Trump wouldn't be President either. We would be in an ambiguous situation whose outcome would have depended on what the power players do. Would the military listen to Trump's orders after January 20 if the election were overturned? Would the other federal agencies? Would the states cooperate with him, or would some states refuse? Would some states have one President they recognize, and would others have another President they recognize?
In my view, had Trump successfully overturned the election and maintained control over the apparatus of government in the country after January 20, he still wouldn't have been President; he would have become a tyrant. With the violence he would have to exert and the malfeasance he would need to enable to maintain his control, the country would become authoritarian and Trump would be above the law.
What a load. Pence waited a year before speaking out against Jan 6th 2020 he is no hero.
