WESH’s Summer Knowles spoke with Jermaine Jones and his parents after two men were arrested for being accused of harassing and damaging Jones’ car. Cell phone video recorded by Jones captured parts of the incident which shows the damage to his vehicle and the men shouting at him.

So the good guy was flying up and down the streets being a danger to anyone in that neighborhood and the bad guys are the ones that told him to stop.
America has come a long way. It'll find any excuse to make white people look evil and racist. Even when they are just protecting themselves and their children from possible danger.
The question nobody has even bothered to ask was the teen actually speeding and doing burnouts? I don't think he deserves the car damage but you know burnouts create lots of carcinogenic smoke that spreads across neighborhoods and if he was burning out then that explains their anger.
