President Biden and first lady Jill Biden were on a morning bike ride in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, when he decided to pedal over to a crowd standing by the bike trial. The president tumbled off of the bike while trying to dismount, but assured the crowd that he wasn’t hurt.
