Pro-Lifers, more often than not, are the same ones that also vote to decrease or eliminate welfare programs. Vulnerable women need more than their hand being held. Making the choice for an abortion can't possible be an easy one. What if there are medical or genetic problems that would add to financial problems? Will a pro-lifer help this woman meet her needs to support this child, or will this child become part of a cycle of generational poverty? On top of this, will a pro-lifer help teach sexual education or contraceptive use to help prevent this tragedy? If Republican politicians deny abortion, they need to do more than guilt trip the mother into choosing life. There is a lasting societal and economic impact ontop of restricting a woman's right to choose.
what abortion right did the supreme court take away? there's nothing in the constitution that say abortion is a right. i'm acutally pro choice. I believe a woman should be able to choose to have the kid or not BUT I'm telling you guys are stupid as a cow. The court state that it's an issue for the state not at the federal level. They didn't take away any rights. Knock some common sens into your head.
@NBC News, why don't be objective and add links to the court documents so people can read for themselves. Its not a simple ruling and reading it is quite eye opening. "News" like this is just your profit grab for headlines and clicks where you mislead by omission.
