The Voting Rights Act of 1965 couldn't be filibustered (by Southern Democrats) because it had 46 Democratic and 20 Republican cosponsors in the United States Senate. Senate filibuster rules were not changed to pass this legislation. Once again, Joe Biden is wrong on the facts.

The DNC's charter should be dissolved.
