It is far worse for the executive branch to call an equal branch of the federal government illegitimate. This is not acceptable in any manner. But words fail to really describe how evil this action by "president" Biden truly is. This presents real grounds for impeachment, conviction, and removal from office. There is no worse offense against the union than this. Far worse than anything that Clinton or Nixon ever did. Some may compare the impeachments of Trump, but those were bald political acts, and as such present no comparison.
Why not call the Constitutional Republic defenders on the SCOTUS just that? Not Conservative? Why not take the opportunity to reeducate the majority of Marxist citizens just what the foundation of this once great nation used to be?

No fan of Biden here & the Roe vs Wade was the correct decision. However the EPA decision was boneheaded & counterproductive & will create more problems then it fixes.
Courts should stick to upholding the constitution & less creating headaches for businesses already invested in transitional climate regulations. It's not good for business to explain to investors as well as your suppliers.
A sudden change which now reverts back to state laws. Which is a headache to deal with when there isn't a standard everyone abides by. It. creates unnecessary costs & logistical issues that cost companies time & money. 💰💰💰 🙁
