They have to be made in China and shipped from China. We all pay top dollar for made on the other side of the world questionable quality and were in abundance 2 years ago in stock on a shelf.

So I work in auto body in michigan. We are an insurance mandatory state. And the last 25 years of my career. I have never seen cars being smashed in such a high volume. I've waited up to 5 months for parts on suvs. Currently, we are running out of supplies. Sandpaper body filler paint.. just to name a few. But we are taking bets in the shop as to what is going to happen first. Are our suppliers going to run out of supplies before, our customers run out of their deductibles? Because this is michigan.. Cash sales only make up approximately 10% of our overall body repairs. Without that insurance deductible, most people will not be able to afford a five, eight, or $15,000 car repair. Statistically speaking, most vehicles are hit within their first 25,000 mi. Which means, we've got brand new cars, that people are still paying for, sitting in our shop, waiting on parts and materials that could take months to arrive. In the meantime, some of our customers are making car payments, and having to pay for loaner cars to get back and forth to work. This is the absolute definition of economic oppression. Especially if you consider that car companies like bmw, are getting half of their customers monthly income in the form of car payments.
This has been a China Russia plan from day one. Covid. Lockdown by China to continue the mess is all part of it. I'm sorry to say 81 million Americans are too dumb to see it.
