I'm a little concerned about the "America is on the wrong track according to polls" argument. I assume that as of a couple of weeks ago many of those people are the Roe V Wade, gun control and new green deal backers who see recent events as putting the country on the wrong track as far as they are concerned…..they can't all be conservatives or Republicans.
