Search and rescue continues in Canazei, Italy, after a glacial avalanche killed at least seven hikers over the weekend. NBC News’ Steven Romo reports how the Italian Prime Minister is blaming the tragedy on climate change.

You can see the effect of global warming upon the worlds glaciers, that black soot of oxidation upon the surface of the ice along with the sheer odd melt formations is the tell tell sign. they dont look healthy at all. nothing like we remember them to be just decades ago. I mean people… you know their are far more cars in the world than ever before, more industries more planes in the air , more everything which takes often fossil fuels to power. at the end of the day we pollute the air. this is not a mystery increase the heat and ice will melt.

Um, if a person decided to go in treacherous unknown conditions, Good luck and it's their own fault. Since it's obvious hundreds of people die each year all in this world, somehow the ones alive don't learn and take a chance with their life.
