We still don't have as many people employed as we did pre-pandemic; moreover, many still do not want to return to work, they've learned to survive without it. Or they throw a little snowflake tantrum about it & whine while they look for more "free" money. Once you're no longer entitled to benefits because you spent too much time giving the finger to the rest of the Working World, your name is dropped off the unemployment tally. Of COURSE the unemployment figure is low! Thanks to Covid, repressive lockdowns, and too much stimulus, the very nature of the workforce has shifted. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what's going on, so I have to wonder: are all the suits just keeping quiet about it because they don't want to step out of line, or are they really that stupid? A piece of paper in your wall doesn't automatically confer intelligence, nor does a six-figure salary automatically mean you know how to do your job… just look at the present Administration😝
