  1. Greeting card companies could come out with cards
commemorating the baby's conception day since that's
the day they became a person. Birth date wouldn't matter.

  2. If a fetus is a person then they count as a passenger.
If they are not a person while a pregnant woman is in a car, then car abortions are now legal.
    Gotta love logic.

  3. oh Jesus, this one's voting for BETO

  4. Texas law requires that all children younger than eight years old, unless they are taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle.

So she's either violating HOV laws OR recklessly endangering her passenger and should not be driving.

  5. If the baby does not have a SSN, then it is not a passenger.

  6. Instead of saying Texas Pregnant Woman you should have just said KAREN

  7. Well if it doesn't her other personality would count. Modern day women are horrible monsters

  8. What does the father say?

  9. so now its not a person when it comes to women actually getting a benefit from it

  10. This trash is wasting tax payer money. she knows what the hov Lane law was meant for, I hope she pays the full ticket

  11. When I first read this, I thought this woman pulled this justification out of her a$$ because she got busted and didn't want to pay the fine, still do, ridiculous, hope she loses

  12. The point of these lanes is to encourage ride sharing. The baby can’t drive anyway. Why couldn’t she ride with somebody? Her pettiness isn’t serving the purpose of the HOV lane which is for God forbid, reducing emissions.

  13. Sooo… could an airline charge pregnant women for two passengers under this same thought? And if she gets charged more, is that discrimination based on pregnancy and gender? Lots to unpack here…

  14. I can understand what you say and also is a passengers have to be in the passenger seat

  15. No, "occupancy" means body in seat. The HOV lane isn't your personal highway.

  16. Must have been a les or angry woke woman cop that gave her the ticket. I really can't imagine any Texas man not letting her go, with a "congratulations Ma-am when he saw her. We respect those who respect life.

  17. Why is this an issue? Texas law considers the unborn child a child. And really guys What's wrong with giving a pregnant woman a little advantage if for no other reason than bladder control. man up. Treat a woman with respect. Especially when she is driving for two.

  18. don't think small; this is a Class Action case

  19. If she goes to eat at a buffet, is she going to pay for two? 🤔🤣

  20. I hope she is also consistent with what she argues. I am sure if she wants to buy a plane ticket she will pay for two, hers and her baby's. 💖

  21. Practically, Texas didn't decide that fetus is a person, it decided that a woman isn't a person.
