Twitter is now suing Elon Musk in an attempt to make the billionaire commit to his $44 billion bid to buy the company. Musk recently backed out of the deal and accused the social media giant of violating its purchase agreement for not turning over details on spam accounts.

Bitcoin can save the world from WW3. Twitter refused to disclose information algorithms about the bots prior to purchase, they told him raw numbers and refused to disclose how they got that information. It will go to court. It will now be disclosed. It is much higher than Twitter is stating otherwise why would they hide this before purchase?? Twitter is the shady one here. Elon will get Twitter for pennies on the dollar now. Elon is brilliant and has checkmated Twitter one way or another. He either destroys the bot enterprise Twitter and/or he gets to buy it at a fraction of his bid. Its a win/win for Elon either way. Think of it this way people. When you put a bid in on a house for the asking price, you still send in an inspector to validate the house's structure…If it fails the inspection, you can withdraw your offer and/or lower it….

Basically he started asking all the questions about the "ghost" accounts that have no faces and have the egg 🥚 picture on Twitter (some fake accounts actually have pictures)… These fake accounts Twitter uses to sway opinions and push certain content artificially instead of naturally occurring viral moments… For example… Twitter doing "ghost" ads that a company pays for that gets likes and retweeted from fake accounts not actual people, so a guy's new invention of nose hair clippers for example, may not even be advertised to real people eventhough he paid Twitter for it… Twitter didn't want to disclose the information about these accounts before Elon bought the company… It's a frivolous law suit… Twitter isn't better or worse because of Elon Musk… To me Elon Musk is a smart man who made a wise choice… Before you buy a car you should always look underneath the hood…
