Advice on buying a home: Don't do it.
Wait for the next crash and there will be plenty of lower priced inventory. These people way over valuing their houses will have to drastically drop prices or eat the loss either way. I'm not paying $350k to buy a 1,600 sq ft home sitting on .25 acres. Completely not worth it.
I have a 3000 square foot home with 3 bedroom and three-and-a-half bathrooms and two car garage brick home. I built my house in 2010. And has Boston sailing. Also has a built in bombshell. Also has a big yard. set right on Lake Norfork in Arkansas.
She is vastly understating she has incentive to understate
me and my wife seen so many cracks in the foundation while the houses were being built.
