After calling on President Joe Biden “to do more” on gun violence, Parkland father Manuel Oliver told NBC News’ Morgan Radford that the president should open an White House office on gun violence and appoint a gun czar. Oliver’s 17-year-old son, Joaquin, was one of the 17 people killed in the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

I am an American living in Colima, Colima MX. We have many schools here with thousands of children. It is not even a passing thought that some brain-deficient coward raise under the school system here and protected by armed military and law enforcement daily would ever experience a massive or active shooter here at a school, a church, a Walmart, a mall, or any other place even though criminals and idiots can get guns illegally if they want. The American Government is playing its people as fools and they are going along with the scam. Immediate solutions are available that have nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment. You just need real people versus the cowards in power with excuses.

I’m going to say this again. It is very unfortunate very sad for all the families who were impacted by this. What that said, we do not need more gun laws because the ones that are on the books now don’t get enforced. Enforce the laws we have. Restricting law biting citizens use and/or ownership of guns, only lessons the good guys that might be there. There are places in the world were law enforcement is unarmed. Add in those places the crime rate and murder rate is astronomical. Enforced the laws we have, and actually do something when people are arrested.
