It's a very big gopher snake! Nonvenomous and kudos to the driver for not freaking out and running into something.

Wow it's a harmless snake that was just in the wrong place with the wrong person . It's wildlife an people flip out like a bunch of sissy's . You want to see a real snake how about a 15' long Anaconda that can squeeze the life out of you in the matter of minutes . Oh wait that's right I held one in my own hands with many others if we didn't fear that then what is there to fear nothing because we are the children of God an we respected wildlife an God . But yet many rather walk on fire with the devil .

It reminds me of the US tourists getting in the car thinking you're Uber, just because you stay and wait from somebody or just sending a message or something.
