I’m so happy I now live in the suburbs, I worry about my parents who refuse to move from the city. Where they live at there is constant crime around them from theft to murder. The city needs better leaders and a better DA

What do people expect the police to do? They're not allowed to stop and frisk. Are not even allowed to question suspicious looking groups. If a member of the "population" attacks an officer and gets shot, whether wounded or killed, you can count on riots following.

PHILADELPHIA IS A CITY GRIPPED IN VIOLENCE AND GUNS, AND RAVAGED BY OPEN AIR DRUG DEALING AND USAGE : 1. The police are severely undermanned – they can't give that job away. 2. The mayor, by his own statement two weeks ago no longer wishes to be mayor and finds himself unable to cope with the demands of his job. 3. The police commissioner is feckless an in over her head – she knows nothing, absolutely nothing of running a large, urban police department in a city beset by guns and drugs. 4. The district attorney is a wolf in sheep's clothing – he sees it as his job to turn as many criminals loose as he can, hence his street name "let um loose larry". Finally, snowflake reporter visits who gesture with their hands don't impress anyone with their hand ringing accounts of the daily carnage, except possibly themselves. This is what it has come to in large areas of Philadelphia. IT'S THE PERFECT STORM.

i dont know…. maybe we would be doing people a favor by not saving them with Narcan. Anyway, Mayor Kenny doesnt care about that part of the city or any other disenfranchised town in Philly, despite families living there. After all, people on the Mainline and wherever he lives in the city dont have to wake up every day to trash and drug addicts. In short, he is just collecting a paycheck while he counts down the days until the end of his term. I just dont understand why he doesnt step down. I could never have that many people die on my watch.
