2:00 Actually, it is true that a person without health care is not "FAPP free". What you, Dan, say is "freedom as such" which is fine too. But in real life certain real life constraints invariably kick in and the bottom line is that in the American health care system a person is one serious disease from bankruptcy, which means ex definitione "FAPP not free", no matter what Constitution says. It's a bit like the story of Midas: you can have all the gold you want but you cannot eat it and end up dying of hunger. So this is a delicate issue, it's not just that someone wants free handouts from the government, there is more to it than that.
