I didn't heat it. I just poured it out of the picture back into the water bottles and drank that,Aloe water, gaateraide and some nutrition shakes fluid wise. I could immediately tell a difference drinking the lemon water with the pulp. Get better Joe.

I'm 71, fit and quite strong, still exercise daily, ran half-marathons up until my mid 50s, would eagerly accept Joe's "push up challenge" and I had Covid two months ago (even after 2 vax and 3 boosters). It lasted 3 weeks and I "worked 8 hours a day" just staying awake.
For the entire duration of the disease I had little appetite and felt very tired and weak all the time, was short of breath and had a deep cough, had a terrible time sleeping, my thinking was noticeably jumbled even to me, and I felt worse than I sounded and looked (the opposite of what Joe was told to say), so you can't tell me that after only a few days he's improved enough to decide national issues.
