Desk duty??? That’s it? Anger management or Racist sensitivity training ain’t gonna help this racist woman. I had a white woman call me the N word awhile back and had it on my dash cam. I reported it to her employer which is a city hall and the only thing they did was gave her racial sensitivity training. Let it been the other way around and I would’ve been fired, no questions asked.

"People can hate whomever they want for whatever reasons." Ok, your wife gives birth in a hospital – the only hospital in your area – where there's a black OBGYN who says when stressed, "I hate __ babies." __ being your race. You'd love for that doctor to assist with the birth, surely. Bring your car to a mechanic who works on breaks – the only mechanic in the area – where he says' "I hate __ drivers." That surgeon you're scheduled to have surgery with? "I hate __ patients, those f*** cra*****." I'm sure you'd be at ease. And if there is a history of surgeons discriminating, consciously or unconsciously, against people of your race, even better when you hear that your surgeon hates you. So easy to put your trust in them.
