This is just another woke scientists leftists can use as an argument from authority. Males and females of every species have different behavioural traits and different roles which are expressed as gender which is linked to their biology.
Women tend to be more empathetic and emotional and men with a lower aversion to risk. This is not to say that all men possess these traits and vice versa, but it is how, evolution has made us generally turn out because we function better as a species.
