Federal investigators obtained a warrant to search the phone of former Trump lawyer John Eastman in connection with the alleged plot to overturn the 2020 election. Investigators are interested in Eastmans role in the effort to try to get slates of electors sent in from states where Joe Biden won the electoral vote.
