A tax is just a cost of doing business
You don't just let 'free market capitalism' fly high and out of control during a virus attack on our country guys.
We desperately needed 'Wage and Price Controls' beginning in March 2020, including on real estate, during this once in a hundred year pandemic (bio weapon virus attack?).
We need to prevent future Pandemics for Profit, by imposing wage and price controls "retroactively" going back to March 2020 (yes $30t trillion in ill-gotten gains and profits divided equally among 330+ million American citizens, every man, woman, and child), using windfall profit taxes and capital gain taxes on businesses, corporations, and individuals, with aggressive enforcement and penalties now and during any future presidential declared state of emergency and WHO declared pandemic.
