Schumer bribed Manchin with the Mountain Valley Pipeline. It is Sad that Manchin wants to hurt Americans in the pocketbook with higher inflation and tax increases just to get his pipeline completed. I remember when Byrd took most of the Federal Highway Funds for his State and divided the paltry remaining funds to the other 48 States.
