so federal law forces a doctor to perform an abortion on a woman, whether she wants it or not, if the doctor makes a judgement that she may die?
Women of America, after 100 years it has once again become time for a new Women's Suffrage Movement. Those of us who were active during Vietnam need to to pass the baton on to the young Women of today. Republican Senators allowed the appointment of liars and sexual predators onto our Supreme Court. As "Justices", they have been proving their continuing contempt for all American Women and for women's equal rights to own their own person and control their own medical care. The extension of the arguments of these "Justices" leaves American Women as nothing more than brood mares owned and controlled by the State. Who or what impregnates the Woman makes No difference. Age, marital status, and relationship of the female impregnated makes No difference. The State that claims the right to make a woman carry a dead fetus, can also claim the right to terminate a marriage of people Not currently in the process of bearing children. That puts American Women on the same level as slaves or farm animals that are merely being bred to increase the amount of productive stock. In other words, once you bear disabled children or become too old to bear children, the State would have the right and ability to terminate your "marriage". These weird people who managed to get positions on our Supreme Court have the ability to totally disrupt both our families and our communities. This has nothing at all to do with the rights of a few cells that may or may not make it to become a child. Non-medical people (who have no idea what they are talking about) don't understand that when something goes wrong, the woman's body will spontaneously flush the pregnancy out of her body. That's fine if all of the tissue is flushed away. If some of the tissue remains, it's called a "spontaneous incomplete abortion". That tissue will continue to sit somewhere inside the woman, rotting and becoming infected like a piece of meat left out of the refrigerator. The tissue may have attached to the inside of her tiny tubes or inside of her womb, but it will be an extremely long, painful, and unnecessary way to die. It never acknowledges the intellect, talents, education, or other responsibilities of the woman. It only sees her at one moment in time as a brood mare. Women of America, you must leave any State that allows you to be stripped of your rights and privileges as an American citizen. Those of you seeking to make medical decisions without the information to do so, should at least know that there is nothing alive left in a woman's body after one of these obstetrical problems, but the woman does need to have her insides scraped out nice and clean so that she can try again in a few months if she wants.
Idaho just got spanked! Sometimes you just have to make an example out of the most badly behaved child, then the others will fall in line.

This is so much bigger than just abortion. When the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade it ended federal protection for abortion and it sent the decision on abortion back to the individual states. If the federal government is allowed to target states that it disagrees with then you better believe the individual citizens will be next

I believe if a woman’s life is in danger due to a pregnancy then an abortion should be allowed.

By including “protecting a woman’s health” in the complaint. If they intentionally don’t include “immediate danger of long term health conditions”, the feds opened themselves to being overturned because that definition is far too open-ended.
