This is actually one of the reasons I don't really want to use a bike.
I'm not sticking up for the lady that hit the cyclists but they have plenty of bike paths in Michigan so why don't these cyclists use them? I was working by the lakeshore and there is a paved bike path 15 feet off the heavily traveled curvy road. Every day bicyclists would be riding on the road instead of the bike path. If these bicyclists want to ride on the roads then the state should make them put license plates on their bikes and have insurance just like vehicles.

Giant SUVs should only be driven by contractors and trained wilderness guides. Hideous Karens on pills and booze have no business driving one.

Bad idea to send a bunch of kids on bikes on a very narrow road. Very dangerous for a bunch of kids on bikes.
The managers should rethink these dumb ideas.
