Police say at least 13 people are dead and 35 others injured after a fire broke out at a night club in the Chonburi province of Thailand.

This is EXACTLY what happened during a night club fire with the band "Great White", except 99 people were killed because the exit was partially blocked. The fireworks were illegally set off inside. Now days acoustic foam needs to be fire retardant.
