Who voted for this ? Who painted BLM in big white letters in the middle of the streets during a pandemic? Who stood idly by what stores were getting broken into and looted also during the pandemic. As soon as there is a new (real) DA turn every member of NYPD, Transit Police, Port Authority (all of them) into a bounty hunter when off duty. Pay them $100/previous charge to pick up these criminals and bring them back in. If one guy has 50 charges outstanding the officer gets $5,000! This problem will disappear over night.
I'll tell you how to stop it. Start shooting back. If the law keeps letting them out and they're killing people they don't need jail, they don't need a lawyer, they will need a casket if I see anything like that. No laws no rules.
